OuR Leaders

Our leaders at MCF are regular people with diverse backgrounds and skills.

We strive to be accessible and relatable to all. Read below to see how ordinary we are!

Senior Pastor

My name is Joey Brown. I have been attending MCF for all but five years of my life, it has been nothing short of amazing! I now have the honor of serving as Senior Pastor. I am a child of God, husband to my amazing wife Macy, "the better half," coffee connoisseur, sports enthusiast, and proud pet owner. I believe that the basics of the Christian walk are key: love God, love people, and be obedient.

Youth Director &

Administrative Assistant

My name is Mark Snyder, and I have the honor to serve as Youth leader at Mechanicsburg Christian Fellowship! I was born and raised in Mechanicsburg. It's home for me. I went to youth group here at MCF when I was in high school, and it set me on a trajectory to love Jesus all the days of my life. After high school, I attended Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, where I learned more about God and His heart toward us as His beloved sons and daughters. My ultimate goal in youth ministry is to lead students to love Jesus as they discover His love for them. In my free time, I like watching movies and catching up on reading.

Children's Ministry Director

My name is Karennina Pack, and I moved to Mechanicsburg in 2013 and have since then learned to love this quaint little town.  I married my husband Jonathon in 2008 and we have four wonderful children together.  I find it exciting and a true privilege to walk alongside your children and teach them about Jesus.  I strive to make it a fun experience, but also dive deeper so that ultimately, your children will grow to love the Lord with all their heart - Mark 12:30. I love to create, whether it's baking or knitting, host board game nights, and fellowship with friends.

My name is Theresa Rabenstein. My husband Bob and I own Rabenstein Electric in West Liberty; I also drive a school bus for WLS as well as serve as MCF's finance director. We have two grown/married children, Bill (Charissa) Rabenstein and Jessica (Kidron) Filbrun. I enjoy spending time with family, boating, and motorcycling.

Tech Booth

My name is Bill Rabenstein, and I organize the sound booth. One of my goals in being in the sound department is to increase the range of what this church is capable of doing, whether it's inside the building, online, or out in the community. In my free time, I hang out with my wife and work on computers and cars.

House keeping

My name is Randi Miller, and I have the role of keeping the Church clean. I am a born and raised Mechanicsburg Indian and still live in the area with my amazing husband, Jordan, and our four kiddos. MCF is where I have attended Church most of my life, where I am blessed to call home, and where I met and married my husband in 2008.  I am so blessed to know Jesus and believe He is the only way. I love helping with Youth and Children’s ministry, sharing who Jesus is with others, teaching young people, encouraging people on their walk with Jesus, and loving others.  In my free time I enjoy singing, watching college football - Go Bucks, spending time with my family, discovering life with my kiddos, painting and being creative, and most of all playing Jordan in a game of P.I.G or round of corn-hole. One of my favorite Bible verses is Psalm 118:24 - “This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

Our Elders

The Pastor runs some churches, others by congregational vote. Elders selected by the congregation lead MCF. The Elders oversee all aspects of the church and appoint/hire staff to run the various ministries. As Senior Pastor, Joey is the primary vision castor and head elder.

  • Joey Brown

My name is Joey Brown. I have been attending MCF for all but five years of my life, and it has been nothing short of amazing! I now have the honor of serving as Senior Pastor. • Bob Rabenstein

My wife Theresa and I have been married for over 30 years. We have two grown/married children and have been blessed with two grandchildren. I grew up attending a Mennonite church. In 2010, we started attending MCF, and in 2011, we transferred our membership to MCF. My passion as an elder is to help serve and lead the church to be true to God’s Word. In my spare time, I enjoy time with family, boating, and riding my Harley Davidson Motorcycle.

  • Jonathon Pack

My name is Jonathon Pack, and I have been attending MCF since moving to Mechanicsburg in 2013. My wife, Karennina, and I have four children that we are trying to raise to be disciples of Jesus. I find great joy in developing deeper relationships with friends and families in the community. We need to be able to encourage one another, share truths, and be engaged during times of joy and in times of suffering. It's through these relationships that we are able to bring each other forward in the pursuit of holiness and furthering the Kingdom of God. In my downtime, I enjoy mostly sedentary activities such as going to the movies, playing board games, or reading, but will try to balance that with jogging or gym time.
